Loaded Chorizo Hot Dogs

Serves 3-4

4 X extra-long Chorizos (if you use regular size buy 8 and untwist every second sausage)

4 x hot dog buns

3 x avocados

1 x lime

4 x mushrooms fried

1 x red onion finely chopped

1 x tomato finely chopped

Handful of chopped coriander

Salt & pepper

Culleys south Carolina mustard


1/ Cook your Chorizos in a fry pan with olive oil at a medium temp until cooked

2/ Cut open avocados and scoop into a bowl adding a sprinkle of salt & pepper, then squeeze fresh lime juice in and mix with a fork until blended

3/ Warm your buns in the oven then remove and place generous amount of smashed avocado into each bun.

4/ Once Chorizo is cooked place in the bun and add chopped onion, tomato, mushrooms and drizzle mustard on top

5/ Serve your super tasty Chorizo hot dogs to friends and family
