Lamb burgers with smashed pea & feta aioli



Ingredients/makes 5 patties (Lamb burger)


*500g lamb mince

*1/4 cup breadcrumbs

*1 tsp salt

*1 tsp cracked pepper

*1 tsp mixed herbs

*1 x egg



Method - Combine all ingredients and mix well for 3-4 minutes, by this point everything should have become quite sticky and started to bind together. Refrigerate then cook on a medium to high temp for 3-4 minutes per side before serving on a bun with your favorite toppings and the smashed pea & feta aioli.




Other ingredients


*5 x burger buns

Toppings - Lettuce, tomato, grated beetroot, pickled cucumber (Optional or add what you want)




Ingredients sauce

*100g peas

*50g feta

*100mls aioli

*1 tsp olive oil

*1/2 squeezed lime

method- Add olive oil into a fry pan on medium temp then add peas, cook for 5 mins then crush peas with a fork. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate then serve on your burger
