Tasty Pork Chops
Pork chop
Ingredients
- 2 x 200g pork chops
- South Carolina mustard
- Culleys Panko crumb
- Fresh chopped chives (handful)
- Parmesan cheese
- Chilli flakes
- Cracked pepper
- Salt
- Egg
- Flour
- Milk
Crumb Ingredients
1pkt culleys panko crumb, 50g parmesan cheese, 1 tsp chilli flakes & one handful of fresh chopped chives.
Method
1/ Heat your oven to 180 degrees on fan bake
2/ Coat your pork loin chops in this order... Flour, egg then crumb
3/ Heat your fry pan up to a high temperature with 80g butter
4/ Sear each side of the pork chops in the fry pan for 1 min per side
5/ Place pork chops into the oven to cook for a further 10 mins
6/ Remove from oven and rest for 5 mins before serving
Serve with Culleys South Carolina mustard
